HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANICS

Tweed Coast Truck & Mechanical Services maintains a mechanical workshop with qualified diesel mechanics, auto electricians, refrigerant handlers (air conditioning), plant mechanics and metal fabricators.

The workshop can service all diesel trucks and semi-trailers, tyre maintenance, brake roller testing, minor repairs, air conditioning re-gassing and has a dedicated wash bay for both trucks and trailers. In addition, we operate an on-road service vehicle for breakdowns and onsite maintenance.

In addition to mechanical repairs and services we also offer a brake roller testing machine for medium and heavy vehicle inspections with an axle load up to 20,000 kg and is capable of testing low floor buses and other vehicles with low clearances.

We are an NSW Roads & Maritime Service / Service NSW accredited inspection station for heavy vehicles with the ability to;

clear vehicle defect notices
new vehicle registration inspection
registration renewal inspections

We are a BOC gas agent stocking industrial gases including Acetylene, Compressed Air, Argon, Carbon Dioxide, NOS, Argo shield, Nitrogen and Oxygen.

We are an accredited installer of Trailer Safe Global's coupling devices to ensure safe coupling of your trucks and trailers (www.trailersafeglobal.com.au)
